From California law to construction

Niv trained and worked as a California attorney, and he handled business contracts. That work taught him how clear written terms protect both sides of a deal. He is not currently practicing law.

He moved from law into construction and remodeling. Roofing became his main focus, and it is the work he leads here today.

A family background in construction

Niv grew up around construction, and he never really left it. His grandfather worked construction, and his father works as a contractor. That background still shapes how he plans a project and how he explains it.
