Privacy Policy
You can browse this site, send the contact form, or call us about a roof. This page explains what Culver City Roofing Contractors collects on each route, and where your request travels afterward.
Form fields
Information this website may collect
The contact form collects the information you type into it. It requires all seven fields: your roofing need, property type, name, phone, email, property address, and brief description. You decide whether to use the form or call us instead.
A form submission carries what you type plus the web address of the page you sent it from. That page address travels with the submission, so the roofing team knows which page prompted your request. Our server also reads your IP address at that moment to run the security check and limit repeat submissions.
This website never requests payment details, account numbers, or documents. Our server never places your IP address inside the message, and it never stores that address in readable form.
How submitted information may be used
Your request goes to our roofing team for follow-up. We call back to answer your questions. We also confirm the address of the roof.
You have two ways to reach the roofing team: the published phone number or the contact form. Our contact page explains both routes, and neither one commits you to buying roofing work.
Analytics and technical data
This website loads Google Tag Manager, which then loads Google Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics also runs here. We use both tools to see which pages visitors read and how they arrive. Our pages send Google four signals: a phone link tap, a form start, a send attempt, and a completed send.
Those signals carry only the page path, page type, form name, service context, and a random attempt code. They never carry your name, phone number, email address, property address, or description. Analytics measurement never includes the details you type into the form.
Pages that show our location also embed a Google map of our Google Business Profile. Your browser requests that map directly from Google when it loads. Google and Cloudflare receive your IP address and basic browser details whenever their scripts load, under their own privacy terms.
Phone contact
Calls and follow-up
When you call, our roofing team may record details about your roof and the property. That team may follow up by phone. It may also use email.
This site lists one phone number for roofing questions in Culver City, CA. It publishes no email address, so any written contact begins with the form.
The form asks for your email address, so the roofing team may reply that way. You can use the description field to say how you prefer to hear back.
Sharing and service providers
A few outside providers handle your request on its way to us. Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the security check on the form. Your submission then travels as an email over an authenticated, encrypted connection.
Our mail host sends it, and the roofing team's email provider delivers it to their mailbox. No other provider handles your form submission, and each provider applies its own terms to that processing. Google and Cloudflare receive website measurement data instead, while our website terms govern your use of these pages.
This policy covers only sharing that supports your request and site operation. A legal request can change that, and a provider or the roofing team may release information when required.
Choices, security, and policy updates
You control whether to send the form and how the roofing team reaches you. You can complete all seven fields or simply call us instead. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check inside your browser before our server accepts a request.
To prevent duplicate submissions, our server keeps only a one-way coded value from your entry and network address. It never retains the words you wrote, and those values expire within about fifteen minutes. No website can promise perfect security.
The roofing team uses your phone number and email address to follow up, and full roof details help us prepare. Keep your description short if you would rather explain by phone, and the contact page explains how to reach us. We revise this policy over time, and the current version always appears on this page.
- Review the seven form fields before you start typing.
- Send the form only when you can share those details.
- Call the published number whenever you prefer speaking to typing.
- Check this page again before you submit new details.
